The TrojanUVFlex® AOP offers an effective solution, leveraging advanced UV oxidation technology to treat contaminants such as 1,4-dioxane, NDMA, MIB, and Geosmin.
The TrojanUVFlex® AOP has undergone comprehensive microbial validation testing to verify its disinfection performance. This testing generated performance data confirming the system's ability to deliver the required UV dose for the effective inactivation of microorganisms, including Cryptosporidium, Giardia, and Adenovirus.

Cost-saving Cross-flow Lamp Orientation
TrojanUV Solo Lamp® arrays are positioned perpendicular to the direction of flow, creating an efficient cross-flow treatment configuration. This design helps reduce operating costs by allowing individual lamp sections to be independently controlled and activated only when required by changing treatment conditions. In addition, the cross-flow arrangement ensures continuous UV treatment, as downstream lamps remain operational even when an upstream lamp is taken offline for maintenance or replacement.
Modular Chamber With Flexible Installation Options
The modular chamber design allows additional UV banks to be incorporated to support future increases in treatment capacity, providing a scalable solution that addresses both current operational requirements and long-term expansion plans. Chambers can be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientations, simplifying integration with existing piping systems and providing flexible service access from multiple directions.
Advanced Sleeve Cleaning
The automatic mechanical wiping system helps maintain optimal UV transmittance and consistent UV output, and is available across the full range of UV chamber sizes, including the largest installations. Routine replacement of worn wiper seals can be performed quickly and conveniently from outside the UV chamber, simplifying maintenance and reducing service time.

The Stream App offers a personalised view of your UV system, enabling operators to monitor system status, receive real-time alarm notifications, and access guided troubleshooting resources.
To further enhance support capabilities, Stream Connection enables secure remote access for our Technical Assistance Center, allowing technicians to rapidly diagnose issues, accelerate resolution times, and provide proactive assistance to help maximise system reliability and performance.
