Cost-saving Cross-flow Lamp Orientation
TrojanUV Solo Lamp® arrays are configured perpendicular to the direction of flow, creating an efficient cross-flow treatment design. This arrangement helps reduce operating costs by allowing individual lamp sections to be independently activated or deactivated in response to changing treatment demands. In addition, if an upstream lamp requires replacement, downstream lamps continue to provide UV treatment, ensuring uninterrupted disinfection performance.
Modular Chamber With Flexible Installation Options
The modular chamber design provides the flexibility to accommodate future expansion by allowing additional UV banks to be incorporated as treatment capacity requirements grow. This scalable approach ensures the system can meet both current operational needs and long-term planning objectives. Chambers can be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientations, simplifying integration with existing piping systems and providing convenient service access from multiple directions.
Advanced Validation
The TrojanUVFlex® drinking water system has undergone comprehensive microbial validation testing to verify its disinfection performance. This testing generated performance data confirming the system's ability to deliver the required UV dose for the effective inactivation of microorganisms, including Cryptosporidium, Giardia, and Adenovirus.
User-friendly Experience
The TrojanUVFlex® is engineered to simplify day-to-day operation and maintenance. Key components, including lamps, electrical connections, sensors, and quartz sleeves, are all accessible from outside the chamber, enabling faster and more convenient servicing. Integrated chamber access hatches provide easy entry for internal inspection and maintenance activities.
The system is supported by an intelligent, user-friendly control platform that automatically optimises energy consumption while ensuring required UV dose delivery and treatment performance objectives are consistently achieved.
Connected Service with Stream
Stream™ is our integrated digital platform and support ecosystem, providing convenient access to essential system information, tools, and technical assistance whenever and wherever it is needed. The Stream App delivers a personalised view of your UV system, allowing operators to monitor system status, receive real-time alarm notifications, and access guided troubleshooting resources.
To further enhance support capabilities, Stream Connection enables secure remote access for our Technical Assistance Center, allowing technicians to quickly diagnose issues, accelerate resolution times, and provide proactive support to maximise system performance and reliability.
