Flexible Installation Options
The TrojanUV3000® PTP is designed for straightforward integration into existing chlorine contact tanks and effluent channels. Delivered pre-tested, pre-assembled, and pre-wired, the system helps reduce installation time and associated costs. For added flexibility, it can also be supplied with prefabricated stainless-steel channels featuring integrated weirs. Transition boxes enable seamless connection to existing flanged piping, simplifying retrofit and upgrade projects.
Compact Modules
Compact electronic lamp drivers are integrated directly within each UV module, eliminating the need for separate external electrical cabinets. This space-efficient design reduces the overall system footprint and removes the requirement for air-conditioning. The lamp drivers are cooled through natural convection, enhancing reliability while minimising energy consumption. In addition, each UV module is equipped with a lamp status indicator, allowing operators to quickly and easily monitor system performance at a glance.
Operator-friendly Maintenance
The lightweight module design allows individual modules to be easily removed for routine maintenance activities, including quartz sleeve cleaning and lamp replacement. To further simplify servicing procedures, an optional mobile cleaning rack is available to support efficient and convenient maintenance operations.
