Integra Lamp Assembly
The lamps and quartz sleeves are supplied as a preassembled, factory-sealed watertight assembly, simplifying maintenance activities and enabling faster, more efficient replacement. This integrated design reduces spare parts inventory requirements, while permanently installed O-rings and seals provide enhanced protection against moisture ingress, helping to safeguard critical electrical components and improve system reliability.
With each replacement assembly incorporating a new quartz sleeve, optimal UV transmittance is maintained throughout the system's lifecycle. This ensures efficient delivery of UV energy to target microorganisms, supporting consistent disinfection performance and regulatory compliance.
Automatic Sleeve Cleaning
Automatic Sleeve Cleaning
The proprietary ActiClean® sleeve cleaning system effectively removes fouling from quartz sleeves, helping to maintain maximum UV transmittance and consistent treatment performance. To improve operational efficiency, the ActiClean canisters have been redesigned with a larger, more robust construction and now accommodate twice the volume of cleaning gel. This enhancement extends refill intervals, reduces maintenance requirements, and supports more efficient system operation.

More System Control Options
Operators benefit from enhanced control flexibility through an expanded selection of controller options, upgraded software capabilities, and intuitive user interfaces designed to simplify system navigation and daily operation. The new TouchSmart® Plus Controller combines advanced functionality with a cost-effective design, delivering powerful monitoring and control capabilities while providing outstanding value and maintaining high performance standards.
Connected Service with Stream
Stream™ is a comprehensive digital platform and support ecosystem designed to keep operators connected to their UV systems at all times. Through the Stream App, users gain real-time visibility into system status, instant alarm notifications, and access to guided troubleshooting tools, enabling more efficient system monitoring and management.
Complementing these capabilities, Stream Connection provides secure remote access to our Technical Assistance Center, allowing expert technicians to quickly diagnose issues, deliver timely support, and optimise system performance. Together, these tools help improve operational efficiency, enhance reliability, and reduce system downtime.

Flexible Installation & Expansion
The system's modular, compact design allows for seamless and cost-effective installation within existing effluent channels and chlorine contact chambers. As regulatory requirements become more stringent or treatment capacities expand, additional UV banks can be added with ease to accommodate future growth. The system is also suitable for outdoor installation, eliminating the need for dedicated buildings, shelters, or HVAC infrastructure, and helping to minimise overall capital investment.

Easy to Maintain
UV lamp replacement is designed to be quick and straightforward, requiring no specialised tools and helping to reduce maintenance time and service effort. The preassembled Integra™ lamp assembly incorporates a reliable watertight seal that minimises the risk of leaks and helps protect against premature lamp failure. ActiClean® Gel replenishment is also simplified through a convenient quick-connect system, enabling fast and efficient refilling.
To further enhance operational flexibility, routine maintenance can be performed on individual modules while the remaining modules continue to operate, allowing treatment processes to remain uninterrupted and ensuring continuous system performance.

Self-contained UV Modules
The module-mounted lamp drivers contribute to a compact system footprint while supporting efficient convection cooling. By integrating the drivers directly into each module, the system eliminates the need for separate external electrical cabinets, simplifying installation, reducing infrastructure requirements, and optimising the use of available space.

Validation Through Microbial Testing
The TrojanUV3000Plus® has undergone comprehensive microbial validation testing to verify its disinfection performance. This testing has generated performance data demonstrating the system's ability to deliver the required UV dose for the effective inactivation of microorganisms, including Escherichia coli (E. coli) and fecal coliform bacteria.
Addressing Aging Infrastructure and Equipment Obsolescence
The latest enhancements to the TrojanUV3000Plus® have been specifically developed to help municipalities overcome the challenges associated with aging infrastructure and equipment obsolescence. These advancements provide flexible, cost-effective solutions that support long-term reliability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
With decades of experience in UV system upgrades and replacements, Trojan Technologies has helped municipalities around the world modernize their treatment facilities. Every project begins with a comprehensive on-site assessment conducted by a Trojan-certified service specialist, who evaluates the existing system and develops recommendations aligned with operational requirements, long-term objectives, and budget considerations.
Simplified System Replacement
When the time comes to replace an aging UV system, Trojan offers upgrade solutions designed to minimise costs, simplify implementation, and reduce operational disruption. For facilities with comparable treatment requirements, the latest TrojanUV3000Plus® can often be installed as a like-for-like replacement, allowing much of the existing infrastructure to be retained while benefiting from the newest advancements in UV disinfection technology.
Targeted Component Upgrades
In many cases, a complete system replacement may not be necessary. By upgrading selected components of an existing TrojanUV3000Plus® installation, treatment facilities can extend system lifespan, improve operational performance, and gain access to the latest technological innovations. This flexible approach enables municipalities to implement upgrades according to their maintenance schedules, operational priorities, and available budgets.
Renewed Warranty Protection
Whether upgrading existing equipment or replacing an entire system, municipalities benefit from the confidence and peace of mind provided by Trojan's comprehensive one-year system warranty, ensuring continued support and protection for their investment.
