Automatic, Dual-action Lamp Sleeve Cleaning
The optional dual-action ActiClean® sleeve cleaning system combines mechanical wiping with an NSF 60-certified cleaning gel to deliver superior sleeve maintenance. Quartz sleeves and UV intensity sensors are cleaned automatically without interrupting the treatment process, ensuring consistent system performance.

The PLC-based control system manages all UV operations and dose pacing functions, optimizing energy consumption while ensuring the required UV dose is consistently maintained. It seamlessly integrates with plant SCADA systems, enabling centralized monitoring of UV performance, lamp status, power levels, operating hours, and alarm conditions.
