To verify performance, the TrojanUVSigna® has undergone rigorous microbial validation testing. The resulting performance data confirms the system's ability to deliver the required UV dose for the effective inactivation of microorganisms, including Escherichia coli (E. coli) and fecal coliform bacteria.

Designed to Fit Into Existing Channels
The UV system is designed to accommodate variations in incoming flow conditions, reducing the need for highly precise concrete channel construction during installation. This flexibility simplifies the retrofit of existing chlorine contact tanks and UV channels while ensuring reliable integration with existing hydraulic profiles and water level conditions.
Automatic Lamp Sleeve Cleaning
The patented ActiClean® sleeve cleaning system automatically cleans quartz sleeves and UV intensity sensors during operation, eliminating the need to interrupt treatment processes or remove lamps for routine maintenance. Combining mechanical wiping with a specially formulated cleaning solution housed within wiper canisters surrounding the quartz sleeves, the system effectively controls fouling and helps maintain optimal UV performance.
Maintenance Made Simple
Routine maintenance activities, such as lamp replacement and ActiClean® Gel replenishment, can be carried out while the UV banks remain installed within the channel, minimising downtime and simplifying service procedures. For additional maintenance tasks, including channel cleaning and winterization, the Automatic Raising Mechanism (ARM) provides convenient access by lifting the banks out of the water, improving safety and maintenance efficiency.
Low Lamp Count + High Electrical Efficiency
While low-pressure lamps are known for their energy efficiency and long operating life, and medium-pressure lamps for their high UV output, the TrojanUV Solo Lamp® Technology combines the key advantages of both. The result is a compact, modular UV system that delivers exceptional performance, efficiency, and operational flexibility.
Enhanced Water Level Management
Water levels are controlled through the integration of light locks and a downstream water level control system. This approach eliminates the need for complex channel configurations, such as stepped channels, while ensuring effective UV treatment performance across a broad range of flow conditions and water levels.
Connected Service with Stream
Stream™ is a comprehensive digital platform designed to keep operators connected to their UV systems at all times. Through the Stream App, users can view system status in real time, receive instant alarm notifications, and access step-by-step troubleshooting guidance from a single, convenient interface.
Complementing these capabilities, Stream Connection enables secure remote access for our Technical Assistance Center, allowing expert technicians to quickly diagnose issues, provide timely support, and help optimise system performance. Together, these tools improve operational efficiency, enhance reliability, and minimise downtime.
